Designed for Seniors, this gentle movement class increases flexibility, fitness, strength and range of movement. These easy going classes are designed to keep seniors healthy and active. Classes are held 10am – 11am Wednesdays.
Kids of Willoughby are invited to discover a dinosaur fossil in the sandpit at the newly upgraded O.H. Reid Park. Bring along your buckets and spades and help unearth this amazing new addition to the playground.
