Meals on Wheels assists Willoughby residents who are temporarily or permanently unable to shop, prepare or cook for themselves. It is also available for carers.
Meals are delivered to you at home by Meals on Wheels volunteers.
The service provides a variety of meals including soups, mains, desserts, fresh fruit and juices. Meals are prepared in accordance with Australian Dietary Guidelines, and special needs for low fat, gluten free, diabetic, vegetarian foods are available. You can also have food cut up, minced or pureed.

There is also a semi-monthly themed lunch at the Dougherty Centre, with free transport to and from the event to your home. To book call 9777 7830. For upcoming lunches, see the Diary Dates.
