Extended Notification Period December 2011-January 2012

Letters notifying neighbours of proposed developments (including modifications) will continue to be sent out during December and January, but the period allowed for reply will be extended.

The changes to notification periods will be as follows:

  • Any Development Applications or applications for Building Certificates (where unauthorised building work has occurred) lodged between 28 November and 2 December will remain on notification until the 9 January, 2012.
  • Any Development Applications or applications for Building Certificates (where unauthorised building work has occurred) lodged between 5 December and 6 January will remain on notification until 30 January, 2012.

All other processes associated with the assessment of Development Applications and Building Certificate Applications will continue as usual.
