Council has prepared the Draft WLEP 2009 to replace Willoughby Local Environmental Plan 1995 and Sydney Regional Environmental Plan No 5 (Chatswood Town Centre) (SREP 5). Draft WLEP 2009 applies to the whole of the Local Government Area (LGA) of Willoughby.
Draft Willoughby LEP 2009 has been prepared to comply with the State Government’s Standard Instrument (Local Environmental Plans) Order 2006 which prescribes the standard form and content of Council LEPs.
Black text denotes content that is included in the Standard Instrument and cannot be altered.
Red text denotes content that is additional to the Standard Instrument. The red text has been added by Council.
