Book Clubs

Book clubs are a great way to meet people who like to talk about the books they read and to discover new authors and exchange ideas.

Book Club Kits are available for loan at Chatswood Library on The Concourse and Willoughby's branch libraries at Castle Cove, Naremburn and Northbridge. Chatswood Library has a Book and Movie Lovers' Club for people who love talking about films and books.

Library Book Club Kits 

• The kits include 10 copies of a single book or 10 books based on a specific theme, an author profile and a small selection of discussion questions just to help get you started.
• One nominated person from the Club is responsible for borrowing and returning the kits and a  Book Club card will be issued to them.
• All book club books are to be borrowed on the nominated persons card.
• The books are available for a 6 week loan period with no renewal.
• Only one kit can be on loan to each Book Club at any one time.
• Books together with the library bag provided must be returned as a complete set during Library opening hours.
• Reservations cannot be placed on Book Club kits.
• In the unlikely event that items are returned late or a book is lost the usual fees apply.
