Celebrate International Women’s Day on Tuesday 8 March at Secret Women’s Business - an intimate evening of discussion with special guest speakers on topics of women’s health, beauty and empowerment.

Guest speakers are:

  • Natalie Isaacs, founder and CEO of 1 Million Women, will speak about women taking practical action through the way they live, the choices they make and the way they spend money.
  • Dr Donna Lau, a medical doctor with a special interest in all aspects of women's health, will discuss general information about menstruation and pelvic floor exercises.
  • Representatives of Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia and Share the Dignity will also be in attendance.

There will also be giveaways on the night and a glass of bubbly or soft drink on arrival. Parking is limited so we encourage you to catch public transport or carpool with a friend.

“International Women’s Day allows us to celebrate the achievements and contributions women make and helps strengthen our resolve in continuing these gains and improvements for future generations of women,” said Willoughby Mayor, Gail Giles-Gidney. “I encourage the women of our community to come along and be part of this great event that will entertain, inspire, challenge and provoke thought on the many issues women around the world face today,” she said.
