Public and Open Forums will now occur one week prior to General Council Meetings. Registrations to speak close at noon on the same date as the forum.

Art Murals

Willoughby City Council sought artists to design and produce large-scale murals in the Willoughby Local Government Area as part of the 2024 Emerge Festival. The artworks had to celebrate diversity.

Willoughby is a City of diversity: diverse landscapes, people, and businesses. Willoughby’s diversity underpinned its liveable and prosperous City. The people are from across the world, as reflected in the diversity of their languages and beliefs.
