Description: the mosaic designs are inspired by the architecture of Artarmon between 1900-1930, and were developed in consultation with the community. The mosaics can be found inlaid in the ground at the entrances to Wilkes Avenue, and inlaid around the trees that line the avenue leading up to the train station. The mosaics were funded by Willoughby City Council and the Artarmon Progress Association.
How to Find: inlaid in the ground of Wilkes Avenue, off Elizabeth Street.
