Potstickers, known as 'wortip' in our culture, are irresistible dumplings that are steamed on one side and pan-fried on the other.
It's the type of food we grew up with, and it represents how our family, like many Chinese people, triumphed through hardships and challenges by maximising the limited food resources given in the old days. It is not only a type of bite or meal, but it also carries the caring thoughts and love passed down through generations.
Our family, the Lin family, has proudly been serving potstickers using our family recipes since 2018 across many different markets, festivals, and events in Sydney and NSW.
