Homelessness and Housing Assistance

Willoughby City Council works closely with the community and allied services to address concerns about homelessness within the Willoughby LGA.

If you are concerned that someone is rough sleeping or homeless please contact Council. We will then make a referral to the North Sydney/Willoughby Homelessness Case Coordination Network for follow up.

North Sydney/Willoughby Homelessness Case Coordination Network

The purpose of the North Sydney/Willoughby Homelessness Case Coordination Network is to bring together a range of local agencies to share skills, resources and knowledge between services that work to support people sleeping rough in North Sydney and Willoughby to exit homelessness, access ongoing health care and access long-term housing with support.
