Enrol your child (ongoing bookings)

We manage all our enrolments through My Family Lounge (MFL). Simply follow the steps below to enrol your child in our services.

 

New to our service and My Family Lounge?

Step 1.Gather relevant information

As part of the online enrolment process you will need to provide certain information to complete your application.

Please have the following information ready before setting up an account:

  • Your contact details (name, email, phone number, address)
  • Centrelink CRN (if applicable)
  • Your child’s details (name, date of birth, gender, special considerations, allergies, etc)
  • Billing information (credit card or bank card details)
  • Additional information (action plans, birth certificates, immunisation history statements)

Step 2.Create a My Family Lounge account and sign in

Click the Register button below and follow the prompts to verify your email address and set a password. You will see an on screen success message when registration is complete.

Step 3.Sign in to My Family Lounge and complete your online profile 

When logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to complete your profile details.

Be sure to fill out all required fields before submitting. If there is any information missing in your submission, the fields will be highlighted red. Please review and resubmit.

Step 4.Submit a booking request

Select 'New request' under the 'Booking request' section and complete the online form, indicating your preferred location, start date and day(s) of care. 

We will come back to you within 48 hours and advise if we have a spot available for your child. 

Step 5.Accept your offer and complete online enrolment form

If we have a spot, we will email you an offer and ask you to accept the offer and complete the enrolment form in the My Family Lounge portal.

Select “Start enrolment” beside your child’s name and complete the online enrolment form with the following:

  1. Main contacts
  2. Additional contacts
  3. Medical contacts
  4. Child information
  5. Immunisation information
  6. Agreement to service terms and conditions

Step 6.Wait to hear from us

We will be in touch with your expected start date and any other new starter information.

Already have a My Family Lounge account with another provider?

Step 1.Sign in to My Family Lounge

If you already have a My Family Lounge account from an existing or previous service, simply sign in using your existing email and password.

This will link your existing My Family Lounge account to Willoughby City Council.

Forgot your password?
Enter your email address on the forgot your password page and follow the prompts to reset your password. Please do not set up a new account under a different email address as this creates issues with previous enrolments.

Step 2.Submit a booking request

Select 'New request' under the 'Booking request' section and complete the online form, indicating your preferred location, start date and day(s) of care. 

We will come back to you within 48 hours and advise if we have a spot available for your child. 

Step 3.Accept your offer and complete online enrolment form
