Willoughby City Council proposes to lease to Chatswood Golf Club part of Lot 1 DP 1171023 Council owned land classified as community land and part of Lot 7334 DP 1157827 R59294 and part of Lot 7088 DP 1123914 R44128 being Crown Reserve land under the management of Council.
Under the proposed 5 year term of the leases, the subject land will continue to be used for the playing of golf in accordance with the Plan of Management.
