Willoughby City Council (ABN 47 974 826 099) in accordance with Section 46A and 47 of the Local Government Act is hereby providing notice that Council is proposing to enter into the following lease for part of Lot 1 DP 107838 known as Harold Reid Reserve, Middle Cove.
Proposed Lease to North Arm Sailing Club Inc.
The proposed terms of the lease are as follows:
Lease Term: 5 Years
Lease Commencement: 1 October 2023
Permitted use: For the continued purpose of conducting a Sailing Club.
