NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO GRANT A LEASE
Sections 47 of the NSW Local Government Act 1993
PART NORTHBRIDGE PARK
Sailors Bay Road, Northbridge
Willoughby City Council proposes to grant a lease for use of Crown Land known as Northbridge Park.
The details of the proposed lease are:
Land subject of proposed lease: The area known as part Northbridge Park is outlined in Figure A below and includes the golf course and associated buildings currently leased by Northbridge Golf Club Limited
Purpose of proposed lease: To permit the operation and management of the golf course and associated activities so as to continue the use of the area for the playing of golf
Proposed lessee: Northbridge Golf Club Limited
Term of the proposed lease: 21 years
Under the provisions of the Local Government Act 1993, Willoughby City Council has the authority to lease/licence Crown Land
