Services over the 2024-25 Christmas New Year period

Our Customer Service Centre will be closed from 4:30pm Tuesday 24 December 2024, reopening 9am Monday 6 January 2025. Most Council services will not be provided from 5pm Tuesday 24 December 2024, until 9am Monday 6 January 2025.

Any urgent matters should be directed to Council’s after hours service on (02) 9777 1000. All other enquires will be responded to from 6 January 2025.

Ground closures

All natural turf fields are currently open with the exception of Naremburn Ovals 1 and 2 which are closed for renovations.

Low-impact sports such as cricket are permitted during the closure period.

Sponsorship

Willoughby City Council runs events and programs that add to the vibrancy of cultural life. The City seeks sponsorship to provide additional resources to support these activities.
