Join Willoughby City Council and Asian Australians for Climate Solutions for a hands-on workshop featuring free tastings of delicious, authentic Chinese dishes cooked on an induction stove.

Led by practising medical professionals and cooking experts, this session will highlight the health, safety, and environmental benefits of cooking without gas. Learn how induction cooking offers a safer, cleaner, and more sustainable alternative without sacrificing the flavours and techniques you love. Discover how to achieve the perfect ‘wok hei,’ tackle myths about induction, and get practical advice on converting your kitchen.

Enjoy a live cooking demonstration, expert Q&A, and tips to help you make the switch to induction. Mandarin interpretation will be provided.
