Willoughby City Council is continuing its commitment to enhancing the leadership skills of multicultural community leaders by organising a half-day workshop. This 'Inspire to Lead' project aims to provide ongoing engagement and learning opportunities, further advancing the leadership development journey for local multicultural community leaders.
As part of the project, we are inviting community leaders to attend the workshop, which will be supported by both theoretical frameworks and practical models drawn from international research and lived experiences.
Wortkshop will include:
- A quick recap of the Inspire to Lead workshops held in 2023
- Cultural Intelligence, Cultural Intelligence Framework
- Introduction to Asset Based Community Development (ABCD)
- Social capital – Bonding, bridging, linking
- Conflict resolution
- Service mapping
