MOSAIC Wildflower walk - Explosives Reserve 2024

MainImage.jpg
Spring has almost sprung! Join us for lovely bushwalk as we explore the wonderful diversity of wildflowers at Explosives Reserve.

Explosives Reserve is one of Willoughby's largest natural areas, comprising 35 hectares of intact native bushland. Vegetation in the reserve provides a dense protective understorey, which is a haven for small birds and reptiles. The great diversity of small flowering plants offers a wide range of food sources for nectar and pollen eating insects, including moths, butterflies and bees.
