Embark on a flavour-filled journey with our Multicultural cooking demo 2025!

Explore diverse cuisines, traditions, and creativity in one immersive experience.

Our trained volunteer chef demonstrates cooking techniques and you sample the freshly cooked dish.

FEE

  • $150 for 10 sessions ($50 discount)
  • $20 for an individual session. Each booking opens two weeks prior, unless sold out.
  • No refunds

While we do our utmost best to deliver the cooking program according to our plan, menu may change without notice under special circumstances.

  • 24 February - Chinese spring roll
  • 24 March - Persian barberry rice (Zereshk polow)
  • 28 April - Sicilian vegetable frittata
  • 26 May - Indian lentil pilaf & red lentil and pumpkin soup
  • 23 June - Chinese style brine chicken
  • 28 July - Korea's best street food – rice cake and noodle in spicy sauce (Tteokbokki)
  • 25 August - Italian savoury crepe
  • 22 September - Korean sweet potato noodle (Japchae)
  • 27 October - Low carb flat bread & chicken and bacon roll
  • 24 November - Taiwanese style red bean rice cake
