Join MOSAIC Multicultural Centre for Seniors Festival and add a little zest to your week! Curious about the smooth moves of Tai Chi and give it a try? This demonstration is primarily in Mandarin with a dash of English translation. All seniors are warmly welcome!

Wear comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes.
