Changes in memory and thinking are a concern for many people as they get older.

What can we do to help support healthy brains as we age?

Step one involves understanding that there ARE things that you can do. While over 400,000 Australians live with dementia, it is not an inevitable part of ageing.

Join Kylea and her Ageing Well Advisory Committee for a free community seminar on Better Brain Ageing.

We'll be looking at the latest brain and body health research and be sharing some practical tips on how to maximise brain health as we age.

There will be the opportunity to ask our experts questions and explore our partner expo as we share morning tea together!

RSVPs essential.
