Join us at Chatswood Live at Night and immerse yourself in iconic movie soundtracks that bring back unforgettable memories. dressed in the elegance of traditional Chinese attire - HANFU - standing beside a Chinese folding screen, while experiencing traditional Chinese instruments in their authentic tuning for exploring the richness of ancient culture.

Min Dong (Meya) is a young Dizi Musician and the founder of the Sydney Meya Conservatory of Chinese Music. She was awarded the Gold Medal by the Chinese Ministry of Culture at the Beijing International Competition. From 2017 to 2020, Meya worked as a Dizi tutor at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and also served as an instructor for the Chinese Music Ensemble at the University of New South Wales. Her commitment to promoting and disseminating traditional Chinese music has made a significant impact. As a social media influencer, Meya boasts millions of followers across various platforms, with her videos collectively surpassing 100 million views. In 2017, she was once invited by the Australian Art Orchestra to participate in a nationwide tour. In 2023, she was invited to perform traditional Chinese instruments at the Broome Pearl Festival in Western Australia. This year, her efforts to promote Chinese traditional music in Sydney were highlighted in exclusive reports by China Daily, Xinhua News Agency, and People’s Daily.
