Discover the health, safety, and taste benefits of induction cooking at our Chinese cuisine workshop with a live demo and tastings!

Join Willoughby City Council and Asian Australians for Climate Solutions on an engaging session to see how Chinese cooking can be done without gas.

Learn from practising medical professionals, on the health, safety, and environmental benefits of cooking without gas whilst sampling delicious, authentic Chinese dishes. You'll discover how induction cooking is a better alternative without sacrificing the flavours you love. This session will show how to achieve ‘wok hei,’ the myths about induction, and provide practical advice on converting your kitchen.

Enjoy a live cooking demonstration, Q&A, and tips to help you make the switch to induction. Mandarin interpretation will be provided.

Take the step towards healthier, safer and more sustainable cooking.

This event is organised as part of Climate Action Week Sydney.
