Cooking Demonstration: American style smoking and rubs

Qualified chef Jason Sherwill will share his passion for American style smoking and BBQ cooking.

Learn a little of the background and BBQ techniques including tips on rubs, timing and temperatures. You too will be able to produce mouthwatering, juicy, tender, fall off the bone meat every time you BBQ.

Taste testing throughout the cooking demonstration. No previous cooking experience necessary.

What to wear

Closed-toe shoes must be worn.

Location

Our centre is located within a 5-minute walk from the Chatswood Interchange via Chatswood Mall turning right into Victor Street.

As there is limited and restricted parking available in the Council open-air car park next-door, visitors may choose to use the Westfield car park across the road.
