Explore diverse cuisines, traditions, and creativity in one immersive experience.

Our trained volunteer chef demonstrate cooking techniques and you sample the freshly cooked dish.

Fee

  • $100 for 8 sessions ($60 discount)
  • $20 for an individual session. Each booking opens two weeks prior, unless sold out.

While we do our utmost best to deliver the cooking program according to our plan, menu may change without notice under special circumstances.

  • 27 May - Korean bulgogi
  • 24 June - Japanese teriyaki salmon
  • 22 July - Indian chicken and vegetable biryani
  • 26 August - Persian adas polo
  • 23 September - Sicilian baked pasta
  • 28 October - Low carb snacks
  • 25 November - Taiwanese fried rice noodles
  • 16 December - Malaysian chicken curry and roti.
