When would you need this?

It is a legal requirement for all owners or occupiers of buildings in our local area who install and operate a cooling tower or warm-water regulated system to notify us.

We should also be notified of any changes to the owner, the occupier, emergency contact and the regulated system through the registration form.

What you need to know:

  • Building owners or occupiers must notify us of the equipment installed and operated. Notification is done every year to make sure our records are up-to-date.
