Pay your rate account

Please note that as part Willoughby City Council’s transition to the new MyWilloughy online platform, your payment reference numbers have been updated. The payment reference number is used to search for your rates account.

You can make a payment either as a guest or register and create a My Willoughby account.

As part of the ongoing transition online payments for some rate accounts may not be currently available.

If your second instalment notice has the following information on the front of the notice, please proceed to MyWilloughy online to make a payment on your rate account.

Messaging on rates notice shows - Credit Card – through Council’s online services. Visit www.willoughby.nsw.gov.au, go to ‘Rates & Payments’ and follow the links to pay via Visa or Mastercard. A service fee applies.

If your second instalment notice has the following information on the front of the notice, please pay by an alternative method as listed below. Online payment by credit card may be made through Australia Post.

CREDIT CARD – THROUGH COUNCIL’S ONLINE SERVICE IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS ACCOUNT. Please use alternative payment methods for this instalment (Direct Debit, BPAY,Australia Post). Council apologises for any inconvenience caused.
