Bulky waste collections

Council offers a clean up service for bulky household items that are not accepted in the weekly bin service. This service excludes commercial waste.

Residents are entitled to one (1) free pre-booked bulky waste collection and three (3) scheduled bulky waste collections per financial year.

Please note our crews will only remove items that two people are able to lift safely.

Pre-booked bulky waste service

Council provides residents with one free pre-booked bulky waste collection per financial year in addition to the scheduled collection dates.

Residents can pay for additional pre-booked collections if required to a maximum of 2m³ of materials per collection. This can be used to dispose of general household goods OR vegetation, but cannot be used for a mixture of the two. You must specify which service you want when booking.

For current fees, see Fees and Charges.
