Chemical waste (chemical cleanout)

The Household Chemical CleanOut Service is a state-run service and is free for all NSW residents, regardless of which council area an event is in (unless stated otherwise).

The next events in our area will take place at:

  • Meadowbank Park Netball Courts Car Park, Adelaide Street, Meadowbank on Saturday 29 March 2025, between 9am and 3:30pm.
  • St Ives Showground Mona Vale Road, St Ives on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 May 2025, between 9am and 3:30pm.
  • Mona Vale Beach Car Park, Surfview Road, Mona Vale on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 June 2025, between 9am and 3:30pm.

Only household quantities accepted: 20L or 20Kg maximum container size with the exception of paint – up to 100L accepted.

This project is a NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment, Waste Less Recycle More initiative funded from the waste levy.
